PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Mocha Cayenne items are processed and shipped by a third-party. Some items will ship separately depending on third-party availability. Shipping refers to the time your product has completed processing and is shipped. Expedited shipping may not be available for all products.
US customers will receive items via USPS Mail. A tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided during check out.
International customers are responsible for any duties associated with their purchase.
We are not responsible for any delays our USPS or shipping partners are currently experiencing regionally or nationwide.
If an item is returned as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible reshipping costs. Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before finalizing your order; items will be shipped to the address that you provide with your order.
We are not responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for items stolen from your shipping address.
During holidays or times of high demand, orders may take up 10 - 15 business days to process.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
All sales are final! No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless your items were damaged upon receipt. Damaged refers to incorrect items shipped to the customer (color, size, etc.), broken items, printing defects or product defects such as tears, chips, rips, or holes. You will have 7 calendar days to identify damages and notify Mocha Cayenne of the damages with photo evidence. If an exchange is granted, your apparel items will be replaced with the same item and in the same color, size, etc. Your item must be unworn and returned in "new" condition; no makeup, deodorant, perfume or other stains or odors should be present. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (incoming and outgoing). Refunds are strictly prohibited.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because all sales are final, cancellations of any kind, including buyer's remorse, a change of heart on the product, size, or color, or even an accidental order will not be accommodated.
OTHER POLICIES
Colors may not be exact due to printing specifications, printing color variances, and variances between the device you have ordered your products on and the actual product.
Your garments may contain a factory scent that will go away upon washing.
